Pool Area

The upper deck of the pool bale is a sensational space for the entertainment - bands or DJ booth and the pool bale area will be ideal to host standing cocktails served after the ceremony. The furniture can be moved/removed to provide the event space.

Dancing is permitted on the beachfront deck area or a dance floor may be built in the lawn, however it must have a raised platform to minimize damage to the grass.

  • Location surcharge is actually the event fee. Event fee starts at USD $1,815Net for an event for up to 50 people using in-house catering (already added to the calculation above). For events for up to 50 people using outside catering the event fee is USD $3,025Net. For events for more than 50 people, you will need to bring outside catering and event fee is USD $4,235Net.
