About Villa Campuhan

Set on the Lombok Straights, twice featured in Architectural Digest, Villa ‘Campuhan’ is named after the fresh water river that runs through the property into the sea. A true eco-friendly resort, with two swimming pools and four stunning Sumatran longhouses  which surround an aqua-culture pond, symphonic sunrises and views of Mt. Agung abound. Two additional villas reflect the best of Balinese architecture. Designed by internationally famous creator Linda Garland, set in a lush coconut grove, nature and man live in a magical harmony. Lushly  landscaped, the aroma of flowers, the sound of the waves,  sea breezes and mountain winds alternate to keep the climate comfortable year-round.

Villa Campuhan is six villas organised at the ocean’s edge with 2500 sq.ft. house which serves as the shared living and dining room. Nestled where two fresh-water rivers run into the Lembok Straights of the Indian Ocean. Built by a team of Sumatran master carpenters, no expense was spared in making the villas environmentally friendly and seamlessly integrated into the natural setting. The entire resort is hand-made from the gate carvings that greet you to the finest details of a light switch, a small army of Balinese artists and craftsmen left no part untouched by the human hand.

Remote yet accessible. Framed by lush rice terraces and pristine ocean. Backdropped by sacred Mount Agung. Villa Campuhan is romantic to the nth degree and provides an unrivaled setting for any occasion. We specialise in hosting one-of-a-kind private events, such weddings, vow renewals, wellness retreats and family reunions. With the help of our dedicated staff, guests are able to personalise the property to create their own unique aesthetic.
