Winter & Summer Lodge

With the regions largest natural ice skating rink, paired with its restaurant, the Winter & Summer Lodge at La Réserve Genève has everything it takes to surprise fans of tradition and mountain flavors. 

The Summer Lodge morphs into the Winter Lodge! Protected by huge bay windows featuring an understated style, dotted with fur blankets and softly lit chandeliers, the Lodge becomes the ideal restaurant in which to immerse oneself in nature and enjoy winter in a warm and cosy atmosphere. The menu includes all the traditional mountain specialities that make this season so irresistible: fondues with black truffle or champagne, grilled meat... A delightful opportunity to savour a relaxing and elegantly contemporary moment with family or friends.

The Winter Lodge, a spectacular skating rink at the heart of a surreal forest. Abracadabra: instead of the pool and its deck, an over 500 square metre natural ice rink takes up the entire space, inviting one and all to enjoy the joys of skating on a large scale! Even more surprisingly, it is surrounded by fir trees specially planted in honour of winter. Magnificently decorated and lit up, the tallest and most beautiful of them watches over the skaters as well as those who are strolling around the area. Traditional wooden chalets set up around the rink provide a chance to get equipped before venturing out onto the ice, and then to enjoy crepes, waffles, hot chocolate or mulled wine after one's exertions.

Today, more than ever, the signature restaurant at La Réserve Genève is returning to its original commitment as a gateway to the world, with a menu inspired by the elegant combinations of the flavors and gourmet traditions.

The Atelier Boeuf (Beef Workshop) offers a selection of exceptional meat, cooked with the greatest sophistication and presented in the most astonishing manners. Two emblematic examples are Grade 4 Kobe Beef with seaweed salad and potatoes poached in Asian broth, wakame butter and lime; or the six-week matured Baltic Holstein sirloin accompanied by a small portion of smoked beetroot, and beetroot sprouts with a potato smoked with vine tendrils. Simple and yet majestic at once. The top-quality meat is a perfect match for extraordinary accompaniments.

A desire to ensure that every taste is a rare, emotion-filled moment, from the beginning to the end of the meal, like the strawberry tart for example. From the meat workshop to the spectacular slicing in the dining room, a unique live cooking experience is waiting for you.
