Outrigger Surin Beach's Nalu Bar & Grill has an open kitchen, anchored around a custom-made wood fire grill. This raw flame and ensuing embers will be harnessed for both casual fare as well as the more refined and slightly elevated dishes. Guests will witness the raw fire and pure efficiency of the kitchen, and join in the excitement of service by being able to watch the team at work.
Nalu Loft Bar
A staircase away from Nalu Bar & Grill is an intimate space that feels like it is hidden down an inner city alley. The Nalu Loft Bar, with its open facade, frames the panoramic views of Surin Beach providing landmark destination dining. The Loft menu is comprised of prime cuts of meat, select seafood highlights and a very produce-driven approach to dining. The menu, paired with a great beverage program, underlines the sophisticated ambience of the room.
