When will I receive wedding enquiries?

When a client is interested in your venue (i.e. become a qualified lead), they will do one of the following actions:

  1. Complete a quote: Once couples are happy with the wedding experience, they will want to see if the price is right too. To do this they can build an instant wedding quote based on your wedding package and F&B packages. Please note our instant quoting service is only offered to Partner’s who have uploaded both their wedding packages and F&B packages into our systems (i.e. Full Listing). Otherwise, couples will need to Request Prices manually by sending a message.
  2. Send messages: Couples can ask questions about your venue via our messaging system. Our Sales Team are active throughout the Sales Process and will work with you to help answer questions and address their concerns. Generally, you are responsible for questions about your venue, wedding offering and wedding prices. Our Sales Team will cover questions about the website, how to book and any other general wedding questions we can answer.
  3. Request Booking Details: Couples that are close to booking will Request Booking Details to receive a wedding proposal and any other related booking documents you have. We will pass you the client’s personal details and requirements to help with this. You can upload these documents through our system or via messaging. The client can then continue to book through our platform once they are ready.
