Please make sure you’ve covered the following steps:
- Make sure you are logging onto our Partner Portal – https://partner.myoverseaswedding.com.
- Ensure you are using the correct username and password which we allocated to you when you first onboarded your venue.
We only allocate one username and password to each venue. - Make sure your venue is not live on our site. Once we launch your venue, we remove your access from the Partner Portal.
