Reception Locations
Soiree Terrace
Located on the third floor of the hotel, the Soiree Deck is an open-air and partially covered event space overlooking Brisbane's Anzac Square and city skyline. It provides shelter but is not weatherproof, where there are other wet weather backup event spaces available.
For your day or night-time reception there are festoon lighting and up-lights, dressed cocktail tables (cocktail reception) and banquet tables with white linen and banquet chairs with 3 dressed cocktail tables (Dinner Reception).
Lyon Room
The hotel's Lyon Room is a more intimate indoor location for day or night time receptions and smaller groups. 6.5m ceilings with Sofitel Chandeliers with views to the Atrium and outside. There are dressed cocktail tables (cocktail reception), banquet tables with white linen and Lyon chairs (Dinner Reception), as well as a complimentary stage (black skirting with safety back rail) for your Bridal Table, Mandap or Lovers Seat.
Ballroom Le Grand
The Ballroom Le Grand can be used for your entire celebrations including your ceremony, cocktails and day or night-time reception. Includes dressed cocktail tables (cocktail reception), banquet tables with white linen and banquet chairs (dinner reception) and a complimentary Parquetry Dance Floor (up to 70m2). There is a complimentary stage (black skirting with safety back rail) available for the Bridal Table, Mandap or Lovers Seat.
Can be broken down into three sections with divider walls. Three Door Entry via Ann St Lobby (Portrait Configuration) or One Door entry via Registration Lobby (Landscape Configuration).
