About Villa Asada

Even the most seasoned traveller will be dazzled and delighted by the breathtaking ocean vistas offered by this luxury two story, four bedroom designer villa located in Manggis, near the stunning beachside village of Candidasa, on Bali’s east coast.  Villa Asada was designed by the world-renowned Balinese born architect Popo Danes, and is a truly beautiful and classic example of contemporary Indonesian architecture. This spectacular two story villa, with panoramic views over the sparkling waters of Amuk Bay, provides guests with wonderful spaces for both indoor and outdoor living.

The villa enhances and embraces its magnificent cliff top location with sweeping 180 degree views towards the islands of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan and as far off as Lombok. Architecturally designed and lovingly  decorated by the owners with a mixture of antiques and contemporary furniture Villa Asada provides a sumptuous and stylish retreat, perfect for friends and families.

Enjoy a breakfast of fresh fruit at sunrise while watching the mist rise up off the Indian ocean. A refreshing iced lemon tea, to be enjoyed on the colonial-style chairs on the top balcony with views over swaying palm trees is the perfect midday pick-me-up. Or have your evening meal poolside, with the stars above, while candles throw their gentle light over this quintessentially tropical scene.

Gather together and spend lazy days around the pool – chose between a deck chair under a shady umbrella or sinking back into a beanbag. As the sun goes down, raise your glasses and enjoy a cocktail at the bar or relax on the luxurious outdoor lounge setting. If you’re feeling active, there’s always a work out in the private gym or a spot of table tennis. Snorkelling is at your doorstep and the staff can arrange all the gear you need.

Villa Asada, located in a traditional seaside village and away from the hubbub of the city, is a place where you can truly experience the magical essence of Bali, from its magnificent natural coastal setting to its warm, friendly and welcoming people.
