The circular Dining Room, also known as the striking centrepiece of Amansara, opens onto two terraces – one overlooking verdant lawns and the other the main swimming pool making it an ideal setting for the ultimate dining experience as well as meaningful gatherings.
In the kitchen, our culinary team will prepare tailored menus that offer international delicacies and authentic local cuisine that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Khmer, featuring fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from the local market and the resort's own organic farm.
The Roof Terrace
The Roof Terrace at Amansara is a tranquil space nestled within the treetops of the resort's forested boundary. It provides a perfect seasonal venue for guests to indulge in the evening festivities under the stars. This intimate space is also a good spot to include traditional entertainment or performance accompanying your event without interrupting the resort's tranquillity.
