About Castaway Island Fiji
Castaway Island is an award-winning iconic private island escape embodying the heart and soul of the South Pacific. The island’s 174 acres are covered in rich tropical rainforest, surrounded by white sand beaches, vibrant coral reefs and azure waters. Even though Castaway Island is just a short trip from Fiji’s mainland by either seaplane, helicopter or boat, when you’re on the shores of the tropical island escape you will feel a million miles away. The solitude, tranquillity and stunning surroundings seem almost surreal.
Castaway Island, Fiji offers 27 Island, 12 Ocean View and 26 Beach bures. Most feature one king size bed and two additional single beds in their configuration, with those bures comfortably sleeping four persons. For larger families, our Castaway Five concept features bures configured with an additional full-size single bed (or cot as required). Additionally, our three bedroom Family Beach bure sleeps up to ten persons offering two king beds, six single beds and two bathrooms. The Grand bure is configured to sleep up to 6 persons with 1 king bed and 4 single making it great for families with many kids or friends travelling together.

Note 1: All wedding guests are required to stay at Castaway Island in order to attend the wedding and reception. Wedding guests are required to stay a minimum of 2 nights.
Note 2: We do not allow DJs or electric bands due to the disturbance of other guests on our small island paradise.
Note 3: A maximum of 60 pax and 25 bures is allowed for groups at Castaway Island, Fiji.
