For those who crave for a unique gastronomic experience, Eagles Resort has teamed up with Apostolos Trastelis, a Greek gastronomic legend and owner of Michelin star-awarded restaurants Spondi and Hytra. By undertaking the supervision of the Eagles Resort’s restaurants, Apostolos Trastelis has transformed the gourmet restaurant, Kamares by Spondi, with a menu inspired by the finest materials of Greek land and sea, designed by two-Michelin-star chef Arnaud Bignon. But the gastronomic surprises do not stop there. At Armyra Restaurant, located right on the resort’s beach, guests can find authentic Greek delicacies for lunch and grilled fish for dinner. At Vinum Restaurant, in the hotel’s impressive wine cellar, guests can accompany their wine with prime cuts grilled in the restaurant’s Josper Grill. In the brand new Eleonas by Fuga restaurant, authentic Italian cuisine is served overlooking the bay of Mount Athos while at Melathron and Lofos, rich buffets welcome guests for breakfast and dinner.

  • Minimum room nights: Minimum 5-night stay is required for 80% of wedding guests and couple. If having a legal ceremony, minimum 10 nights for the wedding couple is required instead. 
  • Eagles Palace will be closed from the 25th of October to the 21st of April.
