Lotus Lawn sits directly on the water's edge at Lotus Samui Hotel, where a manicured stretch of grass meets a wooden deck that runs straight out toward the Gulf of Thailand. The setting places guests almost at sea level, with uninterrupted views across calm turquoise water to the hills of the mainland in the distance, and a single palm anchoring the space on one side.
Lotus Beach
Lotus Beach places the ceremony directly on open sand, with the shoreline itself as the aisle and the sea as the only backdrop needed. Timed toward sunset, the setting catches the sky shifting through soft pink and gold tones over the water, with distant islands breaking the horizon line. There is no deck or lawn separating guests from the water here, just sand underfoot and waves within earshot.
