Little Lawn

The dramatic ‘Little Lawn’ is perfectly poised overlooking our beautiful bay and with uninterrupted views of Koh Matlang. The Little Lawn is the ideal venue for an intimate and very private wedding, dinner party or sunset cocktail reception. Due to its location, the Little Lawn may only be booked for a private event if you have also booked Villa 20.

Big Lawn

The Big Lawn offers a three-tiered landscaped area that cascades down to the seafront. This location is perfect for splitting events into different stages and creating dedicated and unique spaces for anything you have in mind. 

Villa 1

An expansive villa which boasts a sala and open plan lounge adjoining the dining area, which is ideal for events and poolside BBQs with friends and family. Perhaps you would like to celebrate your events over the water of this villa's massive L-shaped infinity pool with a transparent walkway and main stage set in the middle of the pool. 

Villa 1 features five double bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with three lounge areas and fantastic gardens.

    • All location surcharges include a basic sound system and lighting. In case an event takes place at two different areas, only the highest surcharge applies.
    • An after-party is available at one of the beach bars until 2 am.
    • Live music, DJs and/or amplified music must be kept at/below 75 decibels after 10 pm.

      • 21-40 guests: USD $1,766 Net.
      • 41-60 guests: add an extra USD $589 Net to the first surcharge.
      • 61-80 guests: add an extra USD $1,177 Net to the first surcharge.
      • More than 80 guests: add an extra USD $1,766 Net to the first surcharge.
      • The surcharges are not included in the calculations above.
    • All location surcharges include a basic sound system and lighting. In case an event takes place at two different areas, only the highest surcharge applies.
    • Non-resident guests are kindly requested to depart from Samujana no later than midnight, and all in-villa parties (for In-Villa guests) should conclude by 2 am. Additional charges may apply for staffing, including any overtime required.
    • Live music, DJs and/or amplified music must be kept at/below 75 decibels after 10 pm.
