Corkage Fees: Wine & Champagne (USD $22 per bottle). BYO Spirits not allowed.
Note 1: Up to a total of 12 bottles between champagne & wine is allowed for BYO.
Note 2: Minimum of 10 people are required for the Open Bar Menus.
Note 3: A “Cash Bar” is also available in addition to the Open Bar packages. You can choose a selection of drinks to be offered to your guests i.e. wine, beer, cocktails etc and they will be charged as per consumption. You can control the amount of money by setting a limit (maximum spend) and also restrict the purchase of high-value drinks like champagne, cocktails and premium spirits etc. The purchase of alcohol by the bottle (wines and spirits) is not included. At the end of the cocktail hour the total spend will be added to your final bill which can be paid upon checkout. If you would like to choose the “Cash Bar” please kindly inform Tongsai Bay and an updated drink/wine list will be sent to you for your selection accordingly.
