– Maximum event outdoor running until 10 PM due to ITDC Area regulations
– Any request for After Party is allowed to use certain Meeting Rooms until 2 AM with an additional charge
– Equipment usage that contains fire is not allowed due to safety and security reasons
– Weather conditions can be unpredictable and may impact the event at the Beach Club or Garden. However, rent additional tent is recommended or Hotel will conduct weather call in the morning and relocate the event move to Meeting Room.
