Celebrate Your Wedding in Our Elegant Arjuna Meeting Room!

Transform our versatile meeting room into the perfect setting for your special day. With sophisticated décor and adaptable layout options, our space offers a chic and refined atmosphere for your wedding celebration. Create lasting memories in a setting tailored to your vision and style.

    • Cocktail Reception suggested time: between 5.00 PM and 7.00 PM (normally 1 hour, need time to do transition and preparation after the ceremony to dinner reception).
    • Dinner Reception suggested time:  between 6.00 PM and 10.00 PM (4 hours, maximum event outdoor running until 10 PM due to ITDC Area regulations).
    • For any request for an After Party, it is allowed to use the Meeting Room until 2 AM with an additional charge of USD $843Net.
    • Should you require a bar service for the after-party, a minimum beverage spend of USD $562Net is required to provide a portable bar inside the meeting room.
    • Fireworks and drones are allowed at Beach Club with some terms and conditions (upon request).
    • Entertainment or equipment usage that contains fire is allowed with some terms and conditions (upon request).
    • Weather conditions can be unpredictable and may impact the event at the Beach Club or the Garden. However, renting an additional tent is recommended, or the Hotel will conduct a weather call in the morning and relocate the event to the Meeting Room (based on availability).
