The W Koh Samui truly put the “W” in wow factor for our overseas wedding! Everything was a dream—from the stunning hotel setup to the fantastic service. Our ceremony at Woo Bar, overlooking the ocean, was simply breath taking, and our dinner reception, just steps from the beach, felt like pure magic. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond—whether it was the concierge, buggy drivers, or restaurant team, everyone made us feel so well taken care of. It’s a five-star experience in every way!

A huge shoutout to Jay, our event manager, who was a delight to work with. He was friendly, calm, and professional, always ready to answer our questions and make sure everything ran smoothly. He also worked seamlessly with our wedding planner, BLISS Events—together, they’re an unbeatable team. Jay went above and beyond during our stay, making sure we had the best time, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We’ve travelled to many places around the world, but W Koh Samui stands out as the best place we’ve ever stayed. The staff’s hospitality, the facilities, and the cleanliness are just on another level. Even the small details are done so well—a true testament to the care and effort they put into making every guest’s experience unforgettable.

There are many wedding options in Koh Samui, and while W Koh Samui is on the premium side, it was absolutely worth it. Thank you again, and we hope to return in the future.

A proposal to never forget, I chose the W Koh Samui resort for a special occasion and I just say it didn’t disappoint at all. I knew my girlfriend really liked the resort from earlier visits and from what I saw online it could be the best place to propose to her. I have to say it was the best decision I could’ve made. The whole crew, I have to mention Sugar going above and beyond with this – thanks again, did a wonderful job creating a memory to last a lifetime. We already came back for a short stay and will keep the W in our mind whenever we need a place for a special time. Beautiful rooms, great views, top notch staff.

The amazing Sugar coordinated the wedding of our dreams at this amazing resort..she thought of everything and not only was this an incredible resort to stay, but we had the most incredible beach wedding and delicious wedding dinner under the stars

We could not have asked for a better venue  for our wedding. Everything about the wedding was marvelous and it could not have gone smoother. Everyone at the W was absolutely incredible to work with, especially Khun Kikie️ and Khun Ammie who went above and beyond to make sure our special day and our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you all so much for making our big day even more special.

We thank you for all the support, planning and effort in the last few weeks and months. As said, we spoke to many different hotels on Koh Samui, all of them also 5-star hotels and found you to not only have given us a great offer but also were great at communicating with us and answering all our questions, of which we, of course, we had a lot of.

Your amazing attention to detail was very much appreciated for our wedding planning. You were always looking at the best options for us and spoke to your team and the hotel staff to explore different options to let us choose from, which we liked the most. This we know is not guaranteed and takes your effort, time, and energy. The overall planning was very smooth, especially when it came to communicating and contacting the celebrant, photographer, and other participants.

The W Hotel in Koh Samui is an amazing hotel, which we must admit was the best place we stayed at so far and this is not easy to say as we tend to travel at least once a month to another country. The service was flawless, and the food, especially at Namu was out of this world. It is one of the best places we ate at, comparable to the Nobu Sushi chain in quality.

After we arrived, we not only received a warm welcome but also found a lot of detail when it came to decoration, food and the simple things that make service extra special. We have not come across any other hotel that cares this much about its guests, staff knows us by name, what we are planning and where we are going next.

You were the best support the few days before our wedding day and especially on the day itself. Having you always available on the phone, checking in if all is all right etc. has made it not only a very enjoyable day but also helped us to relax and focus on our friends and family, which we think is the most important (apart from us also being the happiest). We would 100% again get married at the W Hotel, this was more than worth it. Now that we left, we already miss all the great service and the food.
